• New Requirements for Boats from Outside Lake Count
• In addition to the inspection and certification for quagga mussel prevention in Clear Lake, as of 1/1/2010 Lake County requires any boaters coming from outside the county to buy a monthly color band for the boat, as well. Be sure the boat is clean and dry with no debris before going to an inspection station. The new fee is $10.
